The two “ladies” on the side are males and only the one in the middle is a female! I took that picture in a restaurant in Cebu that was serving only one type of food: Shomai (pork dumpling) These male cross dressers are called Ladyboys there. They are very friendly, fun loving and they like posing for the camera. I never seen anything like that before so I was surprised to see that they are well tolerated despite the fact that the Philippines is a traditional Catholic Country.
Ladyboys work in predominately female occupations, such as in shops, restaurants and beauty salons but also in tourist centers
